Job Description :

• Making PEB/PIB and documents related to export-import for both Sea Freight & Air Freight.
• Manage daily operation, execute data make sure completed.
• Handle all documents for export / import process.
• Regular report on logistics status.
• Daily Communication with customers and overseas partners.
• Conduct coordination with all relevant teams.
• Well-developed planning and organization skills.
• Multi-tasking and scheduling management.
• Able communicate with Customs officer.
• Update information and regulation regarding customs and shipping documents then share it to operation team.

Requirements :

• HOLDER OF PPJK CERTIFICATE would be more preferable.
• 30 years old maximum
• Minimum a Diploma 3 preferably in Logistics Management
• Preferably have basic cargo license and dangerous goods license
• Experienced Working in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (minimum of 2 years)
• Understanding of logistics documents, process and flow
• Able to operate EDI customs system
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Disciplined, responsible, reliable, high initiative, and able to work in team
• High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Familiar with Customs System (Bea Cukai)
• Understand Export and Import Regulations and Procedures.
