Lowongan Executive, IT di PT Puma Cat Indonesia

• Perform tasks at the direction of supervisor  
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests providing technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, in-person or in-store 
• System support on POS, SAP, AD and other related Application Systems 
• Performance to allow interconnectivity for systems 
• Install workstations - set up new headcount or temp staff hardware and load all required software systems with AD account & Email. 
• Responsible to install & configure network equipment, manage and maintain. 
• Escalate any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner. 
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources 
• Able to perform repair and troubleshoot those Server, Desktop, Notebook, LED, Scanner, Handheld and Other etc…  
• Mount and organize the layout of server and etc… before install the operating system requested software and link the entire network 
• Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate and ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal. 
• Maintaining and managing IT Assets from acquisition to disposal. Involving in procurement for purchasing IT Product or services. PC / Notebook monitoring asset (Asset Loan and Asset Return). Create new simplify template for Asset monitoring. 

Requirement :

• Diploma or Degree holder in or related disciplines in IT or Computer Science
• Good organization & communication skills, Able to work independently.
• You are enrolled at a university or college (please attach respective document to your application)
• You are available for full time contract
• Working experience is required (applicant with experience is a plus point)
• Passion for the PUMA brand and sports in general
