Major Accountabilities

Digital Transformation

• Lead transformation from manual to digital/from paper based to paper less (e.g. e-sign, Digi flow, etc.)
• Guide all employees during the transformation
• Optimize the use of the existing online platform such as Microsoft 365)
• Help all members to simplify processes such as creating RPA for accounting, excel macro activation for HRGA
• Creating manual for all IT related processes

Organize, maintain, and back up companys digital data including server and website management

• Maintain an internal database
• Organize, store, and maintain company e-documents
• Update and maintain company website

Asset Management

• Keep record on company assets, maintain, and request for renewal or additional (if needed)
• Hand offer and manage employees work supports (laptop, monitor, and iPhone) to New Hires.

IT & Data Security

• Ensure the security of company data
• Help superior in keeping employees data privacy
• Following IT guidelines from HQ

Daily trouble shooting

• Help in troubleshooting IT related issues (e.g. problem with PC, mobile phone, network device, access point printer, CCTV)
• Manage entertainment fee reporting

Required Knowledge/Experience 

1. Bachelor Degree in informatics engineering
2. Having an optimistic attitude
3. Have a minimum 5 years work experience as IT support specialist or IT consultant
4. Experience in helping employees troubleshooting IT relates issues
5. Experience in creating IT manual or guidelines
6. Certified/Familiarity with Microsoft 365
7. Have good organizational and time management skills
8. Have good communication skills in verbal and written (English is a must & Japanese is a plus)
9. Have good attention to detail and always strive to solve problems

1. Decide the best IT practice that will improve companys operation processes
2. Consult with the Superior for the impact and cost of digital transformation
