What will you do ?

• Offering technical support and consultation to customers during the pre-sales phase
• Partnering with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored telecommunication solutions
• Designing and recommending telecommunication solutions based on business and technical requirements
• Participating in product demonstrations, customer presentations, and proposals, providing technical expertise
• Staying current with emerging telecommunications trends and technologies and providing training and guidance to the engineering team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated technical expertise in telecommunication networking, including IP networking, routing, switching, and network security
• Substantial experience in telecommunication network architecture design, implementation, and operation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience resolving telecommunication network issues
• Familiarity with Indonesian telecommunications regulations and best practices is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of various components and technical aspects of telecommunication networks, including RAN, core network, DSP, network management devices, network performance monitoring, and environmental power sensors
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing telecommunication networks and related equipment
• Knowledge of various telecommunication network protocols and technologies, including LTE, 5G, and IoT
• Ability to analyze telecommunication network performance data and provide recommendations for performance improvement
