Lowongan Quantity Surveyor di PT Magnitude Construction Bali

We are seeking for a Quantity Surveyor and the responsibilities are as follows:

• Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors working on site

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering background
• 2 years of experience in BQ calculation and price estimation
• A good knowledge of MEP and construction work
• Able to communicate in English
