Job Scope:

Responsible for improving the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. S/he fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of sales organization’s efficient operation.

These include being involved in (and or supporting) planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales enablement, sales program implementation for pipe generation, sales compensation design and administration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, identify, track and analyze forecast accuracy (pipeline coverage, bookings, revenue, GM2).
  • Provides support to the sales organization, in implementing on FAPL strategy & priorities.
  • SFDC super-user in the country to help sales teams understand the benefits and value; simplify & automate workload & identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Providing reporting & analysis to identify opportunities and gaps for business development, for the selected priorities; proposing & help implement pipe generation initiatives.
  • Makes recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, territory planning or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity.
  • Quota setting, tracking performance and validation of achievements.
  • Help establish performance management programs required to ensure the success of sales organization.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, from Economic, Finance/ Accounting, and IT background will be an advantage.
  • Have a minimum 5 years of experiences in similar position, preferably from IT company.
  • Strong knowledge of salesforce.com (SFDC), SAP knowledge (SDMM, PS) and Ms. Excel.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to use Indonesia and English both written and spoken.
