Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets;
• Maintenance and in-depth management of industrial customers;
• Identify the needs of customers;
• Good at team building & create sales plans & completed sales tasks;
• Training, coaching, mentoring, monitoring and evaluating employees to help them achieve sales target;
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent;
• Assist headquarter to develop sales policy and business process;
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent;
• Be forward-looking to industry trends and customer orientation, and be able to provide constructive development direction and suggestions to the company.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or above in any (international trade / e-commerce finance / management are preferred);
• Already got covid-19 vaccine at least twice;
• English as working language, Mandarin is preferred;
• At least has 3 years team management experience;
• At least has 3 years working experience in international trade or e-commerce platform;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
