Lowongan ASSISTANT MANAGER OUTBOND LOGISTICS di PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia

Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) is one of the world's Oleochemical Company which located in Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera, is welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our management team as ASSISTANT MANAGER OUTBOND LOGISTICS.

Roles :

Managing all aspects of Outbound Logistics operation starting pre-shipment booking freight via inland, sea, air, supporting document for cargo and shipment cost.

Control dispatch movement and distribution cost control and SAP Billing dispatch SAP.

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to book the shipment booking as sign off dispatch target with zero customer complaint and zero safety incident;
2. Responsible for controlling document, ensuring no overdue document, no shipment complaint due to delaying document to costumer;
3. Responsible for billing dispatch process and ensuring No discrepancy actual with SAP billing process. Responsible to control distribution cost and GR’s in SAP;
4. Supervise shipment cost, ensuring no Overdue payment and no discrepancy from Invoicing with Rate Card dealing;
5. Responsible to ensure dispatch operation effectively and efficiently;
6. Responsible and Leading Costumer complaint about Outbound Logistics and Insurance Claim.

Qualifications :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree from all majors;
2. Minimum has 3-5 years of experience in related field and working at multinational company that have experience to manage export;
3. Oleochemical Industry experience preferred;
4. Very strong communication skills especially in English;
5. Ability to respond and deliver under pressure;
6. Team player with positive attitude;
7. Capable to build internal and external network;
8. Have basic knowledge about ISO 9001, Sistem Jaminan Halal, Kosher, FSSC 22000, GMP+B2, ISO 45001 : 2018; ISO 14001;
9. Able to operate MS Office, SAP Application;
10. Good knowledge about Inventory Management System;
11. Good analytical skill in import and Oil process;
12. Able to process data accurately;
13. Good knowledge in bonded zone;
14.  Willing to be place in Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun.
