Lowongan Group Bar Manager di PT Kibarer Properti Bali

KClub Group is located several places in Bali area. KClub Group consist of restaurant, a spa, a jungle pool club, villa and glamping tents. We are looking for some great candidates to fill the vacant position as a Group Bar Manager.

The Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-location setting.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sales (POS) systems.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

The Group Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the bar operations for multiple locations within Bars, restaurants, clubs and resorts within the KClub Group. This role requires a skilled and experienced individual who can ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality beverage services, maintain profitability and uphold the group's brand standards across all bars.
