Lowongan HSE Project Supervisor (12 months contract) di PT Pq Silicas Indonesia

1. Daily TBT/briefing of safety messages & training for HSE practices, provide HSE induction, HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors to enhance safety awareness and best practices.
2. Execute project HSE plan, collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE requirements into project planning and execution
3. Field checks for HSE compliance, conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
4. Construction support, Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
5. Responsible for the provision, and control of PPE usage in the workplace.
6. PTW checking; responsible for the implementation and control of PTW in the workplace
7. Monitor and track HSE performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
8. Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and participate in HSE-related meetings and forums.
9. Lead emergency response drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor or in a similar HSE leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes, and best practices.
4. Certification in relevant HSE standards is preferred.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess potential risks.
7. Problem-solving skills to address HSE issues effectively.
8. Proficient in using HSE software and tools.
