Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in visual design for print, web, social media, and videography
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices
• Experience with wireframing, mockups, and high-fidelity design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
• Videography skills
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus

Responsible:

• Create branding, and marketing materials. This includes branding guidelines, and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, videos and social media graphics.
• Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity. This includes ensuring that all designs are consistent with the brand's overall look and feel.
• Work with the brand communication manager to develop and implement the brand's visual identity
• Work with other departments to create a cohesive and effective brand campaign. This includes working with the internal-external team & stakeholders to create designs that support the company's overall goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies. This includes attending design conferences, reading design magazines, and following design blogs.
• Present design concepts to management, stakeholders & clients. This includes explaining the design process, the rationale behind the design decisions, and the benefits of the proposed design.
• Manage and maintain design files & assets. This includes organizing and storing design files in a way that is efficient and accessible.
• Provide feedback on the work of other designers. This includes providing constructive feedback that can help other designers improve their work.
• Stay up-to-date on the company's products and services. This includes understanding the company's products and services in order to create designs that are relevant and engaging.
