Job Description

JOB PURPOSE :

To coordinate, motivate, control and make the claims investigate to ensure the claims investigate in accordance with the terms and SPO / IK applicable

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. To coordinate, supervise and conduct the Investigator claims in accordance with the standards set by the company.

2. Take an active role in solving the complex and critical issues in the team.

3. Coordinate with analysts in order to ensure the achievement of team productivity.

4. To review reports of Fraud claims.

6. Increasing investigation knowledge and skills of Investigator team.

7. Take an active role in creating sustainable improvements in the claims process and policy analysis.

8. To lead and supervise the performance of the team of investigator in doing projects for the betterment and improvement of the investigator claims so that projects can be completed on time with results as expected.

9. To ensure compliance with applicable regulations in PT AJMI (including AML / KYC and Privacy).

10. To lead fraud risk regular meetings with other related departments, such as: Legal & Compliance team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• A Bachelor degree holder
• Certified in insurance award is a plus (ex: LOMA, ICA) is highly recomended
• hands on experience in Claim and process investigation in financial institution for about 10 years
• A person with highly attention to details
• A good communicator
