Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To lead plants operations continue keeping Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality compliance with Kerry and customer standard as well as market regulations.
To lead food safety and quality culture at Karawang Site.
To lead non-conformance quality and Root Cause analysis including CAPA evaluation of manufacturing problems.
Manage Shelf-Life Extension request.
Routinely monitoring and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices of the highest standard and ensure plants security program are in-placed effective.
Lead Quality Management System (FSSC 22000) implementation ensuring: the quality management system conforms to the requirements Kerry and International Standard.
- Lead Food safety Management system to manage a food safety team.
- Lead and organize internal audit system include scheduling, define internal auditors, conduct refreshing training and evaluate auditor performance.
- Implement Quality requirements and provide suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
- Support implementation, assessment, and improvement of Quality and FSMS.
- New Packaging development.
To lead the Intelex implementation at Karawang Site.
To lead SOP development and implementation at Karawang Site.
To lead IPM program.
Support quality system and certification process.
