Job Description

• Stand by at school from 9.00 to 13.00 to monitor food delivery to the right customer.
• Enthusiastically and professionally address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information.
• Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered.
• Report to the internal team regarding the delivery of consumer food to schools every day.
• Assisting customers in understanding and meeting their needs.
