Mission

1. Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales and operation plan and Master production Schedules.
2. Make sure from the complete customer demand (date & quantity), that this demand will be met
3. Identify the blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve them
4. When predicting not delivering on-time, systematically collect reliable information and communicate it to his/her customer
5. Focus on customer (internal & external)
6. Excellent communicator & negotiator - excellent conversation and writing skills in English (mandatory), able to influence / persuade customer for site interest
7. Dare to lead and speak out the customer voices to sites and/or site voices to customer, able to see and anticipate a risk
8. Speak with facts and data
9. Promote constructive and effective collaboration attitude
