We are searching for a focused Technical Instrument & Service Engineer to join our team at PT Anugerah Mandiri Globalindo in Bekasi.

Responsibilites : 

• Maintenance, calibration, repairing, installation and resolving problems
• Supporting aftermarket services and in-house support
• Provide training to customers regarding the product
• Provide technical support to customers via mills visit, phone calls, emails
• Produce a work and service report documentation
• Technically support sales and marketing initiatives
• Communicates with customer for technical project
• Build positive relationship with customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer problems
• Other relevant duties assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experienced in Instrumentation (pulp & paper industry)
• Good knowledge in PLS / DCS and Auto Cad
• Willing to travel
• Good communication, skill, hardworking, confident
• Good in team work & able to work independently
• Self motivation and able to work with less supervision
• Placement in Bekasi
