Job Descriptions :

• Update the new TAX regulations and ensure the implementation of the regulation timely
• Ensure that monthly and yearly TAX report is submitted on time to the TAX Office. Also, ensure accurate reconciliation of monthly TAX reports filed to the TAX Office with accounting records in General Ledger
• Manage and control the team member responsible for accurately producing daily, monthly, and annual taxation and tax-related accounting reports
• Maintain good working relationship within the department, also extremely with the TAX Office
• During the TAX audit, provide the data to the TAX auditor and liaison for the explanation asked by the TAX auditor. Also, to discuss the findings and ensure that there will be no wrong TAX adjustment made by the TAX Office, which may be penalized or endanger company
• Follow up on all TAX cases until their settlement
• Develop the right TAX accounting procedure/principles
• Develop TAX strategies that minimize corporate expense & collaborate with management in adopting and/or planning TAX and accounting procedures and provide advice on related considerations
• Ensure TAX compliance ind daily operations and monthly TAX reporting to the Indonesia TAX Office
• Holding and coordinating audit reports with external auditor negotiate with official TAX matters
• Ensure compliance / internal control is in place

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Min 6 years of experience in a multinational company, FMCG company, and/or Pharmaceutical company with extensive experience in leadership at least 3 years
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated and through knowledge required includes the understanding of:

1. International TAX treaties and principles
2. Knowledge of current trends and practice and ability to assess the level of inherent TAX risk
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesia taxation (PPh 21, 22, 23, 4(2), 26, CIT) and TAX regulations (IFRS and Indonesia accounting)

• Experience in handling TAX objective case in TAX court will be and advantage
• Having certification of Brevet A & B, Brevet C (preferable)
• Placement in Head Office (South Jakarta).
