1. Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics, mostly with experience with Google application/GTM/GDN/Website/Traffic ads.
2. Know how to set up GTM, how to track the data in website or application, how to read the in-depth data in Firebase, Google Analytics, and has experience with third party platform like Appsflyer, knowing how to set up and run YouTube, display ads and has your own optimization method and experienced.
3. Responsible for managing Google ads account's running and optimization, also including the maintenance of MCC, ads account, and existing ads account's stability.
4. Create ads materials requirements like copywriting, video script, pic requirements, that fit the local market and run the A/B testing Ads Performance monitoring, and using creative minds to keep A/B test more possible opportunities to expand Google ads performance 
5. Keep expanding more functions of ads on the Google platform. Try to create some ads strategy and ability to execute and evaluate its performance and keep optimizing and give updates to your superior
6. Complete the tasks assigned by the leader

Requirements

Necessary：

1. 2+ years of experience managing online ad campaigns, especially for Google ads.
2. English as a working language. Multilingual is highly preferred.

2. Understanding of financial market conditions, better to have experience with investment products, like stock, forex, funds.
