Lowongan Legal Specialist di PT Argo Kreasi Pratama

Argo Asia is a marketing agency with a media startup subsidiary based in Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Able to provide accurate and timely legal analysis, legal opinion, legal advice, and related corporate legal issues including partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and labor laws.
• Draft, review, and finalize various types of agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the protection of our rights.
• Control and manage the legal documents.
• Updating all laws and regulations, POJK, especially those relating to the company’s main business.
• Supporting company to obtain licensing.
• Collaborate across functions to create internal legal compliance and systems.
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Manage and handle our deals and structure at the holding and subsidiaries level.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc).
• Assist and provide advice to the Company in litigation cases (if necessary).

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Proven experience as corporate legal counsel or experienced lawyers in law firms with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Have a PERADI license.
• Able to work independently.
• Jakarta domicile.
• Having good knowledge and/or experience in Technology and Media Digital law is an advantage.
