Job Description :

• Working under the supervision of an executive or principal engineer, leading the structural design for specific parts (or wholes, as needed) of projects, and undertaking detailed engineering design of a wide range of buildings.
• Assist in the development of structural solutions that meet the needs of the client.
• Design and specification for a wide range of projects using structural engineering techniques and software such as ETABS, SAFE, and RAPT.
• Liaison with clients, architects, and other members of the design team to ensure structural engineering is coordinated with all other disciplines.
• Reports, drawings, and specifications must be prepared.
• The internal and external representation of the discipline and Meinhardt
• Manage other engineers and designers/drafters, as well as assist in the mentoring of graduate and less experienced engineers.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress toward time and financial goals
• Ensure that the ISO Quality Procedure Manual is followed.
• Liaise with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected buildings are structurally sound by reviewing contractor submissions, answering technical questions, and making site visits on an as-needed basis to inspect construction works for technical compliance and H&S issues.
• Keep senior staff informed of important and relevant design decisions, including design changes, to ensure that the company's and the client's objectives are met.
• Delivering excellent project work on time and within budget.
• Making sure that appropriate service and design decisions are made.
• The ability to conduct structural surveys, assessments, and due diligence.
• Maintain training records and commit to ongoing professional development (CPD).
• To be a team player and, on occasion, to perform tasks that are deemed to be the responsibility of engineers within the team.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structure Engineering or a Related Field with a Structure Focus and a 3.3 GPA
• 5 years of experience in the same field is required.
• Experience with consulting firms and various projects is preferred.
• Capable of project management and liaison with the client and another discipline.
• The presence of SKA Madya is advantageous.
• Knowing BIM is advantageous.
• It is advantageous to be able to code and program.
