Lowongan HR Generalist (Foreman Payroll) di PT Wilton Wahana Indonesia

Main Job Responsibility :

• Cut-off attendance for all the employee end to end (fingerprint - supporting documents – recapitulation) monthly.
• Liaise with GA Dept to prepare all the cut-off documents.
• Payroll calculation for outsourcing employees.
• Once two weeks cut of attendance for THL end to end (fingerprint – supporting overtime form – recapitulation).
• Payroll calculation for daily workers.
• Release salary payments for outsourced employees and THL.
• Performance appraisal two times a year (July – January).
• Contractual agreement & Probation period evaluation – Report to HO for the due date and reminders.
• Assist HR HO for recruitment MPR for Site Office.
• Arrange roster schedule monthly, also monitoring site activity, and report to HR Generalist HO.
• Make sure the employee’s roster is reasonable and based on their schedule.
• Weekly and daily report to HR HO.

Additional Duties :

• Resolves cases related to Industrial Relations issues.
• Provide explanations/information or disseminate company regulations and company policies in the HRD field to employees so that they can be understood properly.
• Provide direction/counseling to employees.
• All the required work from HR HO.

Qualification :

1. Minimum S1 Psychology/Law/Management SDM
2. Familiar with Excel Formula
3. Have experience in HR Payroll in Mining Industry.
4. Willing to be placed in the Site project area.
5. Fluent in English is a MUST
