Job Description
·      Manage end to end recruitment process and administration, support managers from start to onboarding activities and to file employment requisitions, candidate’s personal file.
·      Manage the registration process of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
·      Prepare all documents for monthly payroll data and calculation
·      Monitor and maintain employee’s personal files and documents
·      Monitor and maintain of attendance data, sick leave, employee’s leave, over time, oth
·      Manage and maintain all matters related to general affairs in the company (building, vehicles, legal documents)
·      You will prepare regular HR reports (meeting internal and external requirements, monthly report)
·      Liaise with (government, labor, insurance, job portal, oth), service provider
·      Develop training material and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
·      Have an understanding regarding the labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, especially regarding UU Cipta Kerja and to ensure that all documents are updated with the regulations.
·      Have an understanding the process in the implementation of industrial relations
·      Have ability to communicate related to policies or decisions of the Board of Directors/management to employees either verbally, circulars or emails.
Requirement & Skills:
·      Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
·      Maximum age 35 years old
·      Min. 2 years experiences in HR Role
·      Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
·      Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
·      Understanding of labor laws and regulations
·      Effective verbal and written in English
·      Able to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
·      Experience in payroll
·      Well organized with high sense of urgency
·      Detail oriented, communicative, good analytical thinking and problem – solving skill.
