Lowongan R&D Cosmetics Manager di PT Indo Greenlife Harvest

Job Descripstions :

• Create new product and develop existing products.
• Create products in accordance with customer requests.
• Create formulations for the development and new products.
• Responsible for the overall Research & Development of cosmetic products (skin care, hair care, body care, personal care and cosmetic) starting from the product concept, samples, laboratory test and product development.
• Responsible on the trail scale up to the production scale and finished properly.
• Responsible for the process of testing starting material, product trail formulation, checking products stability and reporting all validation of inspection results.
• Produce sample based on customer feedback until products are well received.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineeting/Pharmacy/Food Technology.
• At least 3 year of work experience as R&D Manager in the Cosmetics Industry.
• Have active STRA and SIPA (specifically for Pharmacy majors).
• Have a leadership, prolem solving and good skill communication. And has high integrity and loyalty to the company.
• Understand CPKB (how to make good cosmetics) and Halal Product Guarantee Systems (SJPH) and ISO 22000.
• Willing to be placed in Daan Mogot - Tangerang.
