Job Description:

• Identify and establish business opportunities within the country that is in line with the organizations strategic direction
• Manages sales organization and responsible for activities and operations
• Responsible for compile, analyze, manage and evaluation the management of marketing sales and promotion of a product being sold
• Controlling and supervise the entire performance of marketing, sales and product promotion.
• Implement various plans and procedures that have been determined
• Do activity report to President Director/Operational, regarding responsibility for marketing, sales and product promotion.
• Direct all employees who are members of marketing team to work effectively and professional.
• Responsible for overseeing the performance for all departments in marketing, sales and product promotion.
• Responsible for directing employee to increase resources for benefit of selling company product.

Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, Business Development ,or marketing management. Master degree is a plus
• STRONG IN ENGLISH, MANDARIN IS A PLUS
• Having experiences at least 3 years in the same position as Marketing Manager in Heavy Equipment Business (Dump Truck ,etc)
• Eager to penetrate new market in heavy equipment business (B2B) using Chinese Brand to Mining companies all around Indonesia
• Understand full cycle of operation in heavy equipment Industry (Dump Truck) in Indonesia
• Experienced in processing on the road permits for Truck and Heavy equipment
• Experienced in product development, Adapting heavy equipment from China to suit the market of Indonesia
• Fully Understand Indonesia Heavy equipment market share and have the know how to apply strategy to penetrate the market share in Indonesia
• Placement in North Jakarta
• Willing to do business travel regularly
