Job Descriptions:

• Perform merchandising plan which includes product guidelines & product launching calendar based on sales analytics.
• Issue purchase orders to Production Team to ensure the availability of the right products to all channels.
• Perform inventory management by managing distribution of stock to all channels & execute promotion plan.
• Work closely with the Operation Team for any merchandise related subjects.
• Prepare promotion plan aligning with new product plan in order to maximize sales.
• Prepare product information to support product knowledge training material.
• Driving sales through improved availability and forecasting and reducing markdown and maximizing profit.
• Along with Buying Manager, do the negotiation and make an agreement with potential local supplier.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Management/Business/ Marketing/Merchandising.
• At least 2 years experienced in fashion retail merchandising.
• Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills.
• Confidence in suggesting calculated risks.
• Strong customer awareness and understanding.
• Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel.
