Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to growing-lifestyle hospitality companies and now is looking for Corporate Finance Staff with qualification and job details below:

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree is in Business, Management or Finance/Accounting, Master's degree strongly preferred
2. Have minimum 3 years in Corporate Finance/Business Development Analyst
3. Have experience manage multiple parties including banks, consultants, lawyers as well as internal stakeholders (management, business development, legal, technical, insurance, tax and accounting) to bring transactions to conclusion in a challenging environment.
4. Handles confidential information appropriately
5. Able to speak and writing in English, Mandarin is an advantage
6. Excellent in Microsoft program
7. Outstanding analytic and quantitative skills, including ability to develop and maintain and use detailed, excel based, financial models.

Job Details:

1. Gather and organize data for research
2. Conduct preliminary research
3. Provide financial evaluation of project investment opportunities
4. Assess the market data to calculate the business measurements, expectations and turn them into meaningful business results along with demonstrating strong financial, business, and industry insights
5. Work with Management to investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution
6. Participate in negotiations on behalf of the firm for new investments dealing with partnership arrangements, financing arrangements, and other project contacts which impact the project return
7. Handle Merger & Acquisition process
8. Create business cases showing the benefit to company
9. Develop and evaluate business or project financial metrics and drivers.
