Requirement

Education :

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Technical.

Profile :

• A minimum of 7 (Seven) years in the same field & in Plastic Injection Molding.
• Technical background.
• Ability to work independently.
• Innovation - shows imaginations, resourcefulness and contributes ideas to improve work methods.
• Reliability & dependability - can be entrusted to handle urgent/ important tasks and produce good results with very minimum supervision.
• Initiatives, takes action beyond the call of duty, willingness to perform tasks outside his/her job scope with little instruction.
• Understood NPI Process.
• Understood QC seven tools.
• Understood Core tools.

Languagues :

• English (fluent written and oral)

Responsibilities :

• To review CSR- Customer Specific Requirement for new project , and to prepare & follow up First Article Inspection Report to customer directly for any clarification needed.
• Prepare and update quality control plan, provide and review PPAP report to customer during NPI stage.
• Determine and provide quality inspection plan against customer requirement and to define CTQ based on intended used of product knowledge.
• Write and provide inspection procedure for new product or customer requested change, indicating areas to be examined, measuring devices to be used and maximum and minimum acceptable dimensions.
• Determine & provide statistical process control.
• Perform investigation & evaluation for failure analysis.
• Provide the report and follow up internally and update customer regarding corrective and preventive action of customer complaint.
• Control and update customer if any returned goods due to customer complaint and to liase with PPIC for replacement needed.
• Write up and update SOP Standard Operating Procedures and QCII - Quality Control Inspection Instruction.
• Follow up , monitor & discuss internally for non con formance found in Production line, In process QC and outgoing QC Issue and follow implementation of corrective and preventive action internally.
