Job Description

1. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase company revenue and drive company to be market leader.

2. Routinely do market research, process & generate data and reports to management team.

3. Develop new product, launch and successful sales in market by researched done.

4. Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, and pricing.

5. Responsible and handle channel in several areas.

6. Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and understanding their needs.

7. Self-hiring, goal setting, coaching and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.

 Requirement

1. Master degree from any major (Marketing major is preferred).

2. Minimum 10 years experience in sales and marketing, with minimum 5 years in manager level, and must from FMCG / Reputable Beauty Company.

3. National experience in General Trade, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, experienced in handle multiple distributor.

4. Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power Point/Canva/ SPSS).

5. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.

6. Willing to work overtime / weekends / holiday if needed.

7. Ability to think outside the box (creative & innovative problem solving)

8. Good communication skill, and able to work independently as well as able to work with the team.

9. Good appearance, mature, high self-motivated, ambitious and well organized with strong interpersonal skills.

10. Can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.

11. Eager to be posted overseas.
