We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Baby Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, identifying trends, developing new products, managing inventory, and leading a team to ensure excellent customer service. This person will travel extensively to canvass cities and identify new babyshops to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to canvass cities and identify new babyshops to expand our customer base.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the Baby Division.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and communicate recommendations to the product development team.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained.

Identify opportunities for new products and partnerships to expand the division.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve divisional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the baby industry.

• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of driving business growth.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
