Job Description:

IT Planning:   

• Arranging business request clarifications & gathering information to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements & provide recommendations for improvement 
• Presenting business requirements weekly and monthly reporting presentation 
• Documenting business requirements and provide propose solutions as an improvement

Vendor Management: 

• Arrange vendor meeting bidding and provide evaluations
• Review current vendors and analyze if they meet current company needs             
• Organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors          

Financial Reporting   

• Create, manage, review & present monthly budget report to senior management
• Provide department weekly and monthly report
• Provide regular financial/budget to budget and headquarters

Job requirement

• Minimum 1 year working experience as IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager / IT Planning / Finance or working in Insurance industry
• Fluent in English (verbal/written)    
• Good understanding in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
• Good communication skills (verbal/written) for crossing-functional teams
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Able to learn and working under pressure
