Responsibilities:

• Creativity in making many destinations and departure dates for EUROPE & ANZACS / ASIA & CHINA Tour areas
• Creativity in developing EUROPE & ANZACS / ASIA & CHINA Tour itineraries
• Ability to do research, benchmarking & review in making Tour products
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices
• Speed ​​& Accuracy in making group bookings with Vendors
• Ability to re-negotiate final quotation & quality control to Vendors
• Speed ​​and accuracy in delivering group finalization to Tour Leaders and Branches
• Speed ​​& accuracy in administration: rooming list, passport list, group insurance, PNR check, Tour Leader File
• Ability to monitor & solve problems in each running group

Requirements:

• Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP, age maximal 30 years’ old
• Minimal 3 years’ experience at same position
• Familiar with Ticket Reservation System (Abacus & Galileo)
• Strong in issued domestic & international ticket
• Familiar with Hotel, Document, Travel & Tourism
• Strong personality, polite, charming, professional, service oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken & written English
• Preferable having IATA or other Airlines Certificate
