Lowongan Marketing Senior Officer di PT Aeon Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Create Concept & Budget for in-store event / outside store event to attract customer & sales / event for Press, Media & Community.
2. Works with and consults with other departments and employees on event planning, venue booking, ordering equipment/resource materials, onsite logistics, Collaborates with Marketing team on the planning of events, event calendar, budget and promotions materials for events
3. Organizes all logistical requirements for events and promotions while ensuring each event is successful and aligns to our brand (event location, layout, signage, A/V set-ups.)
4. Creates and manages all related Marketing budgets.
5. Leads the execution of events and promotions, including responsibility for managing internal and external resources, as required
6. Handle Partnership with Bank & other parties
7. Create SOP for Bank Programs.
8. Create monthly evaluation & report for Bank Program
9. Coordinate with 3rd party / supplier / community to create activity AEON Store 
10. Doing good coordination between divisions in Marketing in order to run well
11. Increase the contribution of income in cooperation with Bank partnership
12. Routinely conduct events with suppliers in order to increase customer traffic
13. Handle partnership with tenant / other merchant, to get benefit for AEON Member

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education  : Minimum Bachelor Degree, any major
2. Experiences : Marketing and preferably from retail industry
3. Language  : English
4. Skill : Time Management, office application, problem solving, creative mind, analytical thinking, understand retail insight, negotiation skill, communication skill,
5. Characteristic : Good understanding of Indonesia’s retail scene, shopping trends and consumer behavior, Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, social media, strategy and best practice, Attention to detail, deadline oriented, can work as independent or as team, resilience under pressure, An energetic, forward-thinking, pro-active, creative and innovative.
