Role: SAP implementation Lead

As the team leader for SAP implementation, the role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Leading the SAP implementation team, including project planning and execution, and ensuring that the team stays on track to meet project goals and timelines.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP software.
• Configuring and customizing SAP software to meet business requirements, ensuring that the software is optimized for the organization's needs.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that the project stays on track and is delivered on time and within budget.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the SAP team members, ensuring that the team is motivated and aligned to project goals.
• Ensuring that the project is completed according to industry best practices and regulations related to SAP implementation, including data security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring that the project is well-documented and that user training and support materials are provided to end-users.
• Monitoring project risks and issues, and proactively addressing them to minimize the impact on the project.
• Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and end-users.
• Ensuring that the project is completed within the scope of the project, and identifying areas for future improvements and enhancements.

As the team leader, he will play a key role in ensuring that the project meets the organization's needs and delivers value to the business.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the business processes and requirements of the organization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP software and its modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and motivate the team towards project goals.
• Proven experience in leading successful SAP implementation projects.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and roadblocks in the project.
• Strong project management skills to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage risks.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize business processes.
• Background in IT or related fields, including the ability to understand technical concepts and work with technical teams.
• Technical skills in SAP and related technologies, including the ability to run queries, perform data analysis, and troubleshoot issues.

Secondary Requirements:

• Experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from planning and scoping to post-implementation support.
• Deep knowledge of SAP software and its modules, including configuration and customization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and IT stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in managing risks and issues that may arise during SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in providing training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
• Understanding of the importance of data security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in SAP implementation projects
