Lowongan Junior Project Manager (Mandarin English Speaker) di PT Indo Inovasi Teknologi

Position Summary

The Junior Project Manager is a full time role at Tradev Group and will be working under the Project Director (PD). This role is responsible for assisting the PD to execute and coordinate a variety of tasks between the companys departments, partners and other regulation authorities.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the point of contact among team members, clients and other external partners
2. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Collect and archive documents, and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
4. Conduct market researches and prepare for the reports
5. Format information for internal and external communication 
6. Help to manage progress reports, timetables, and financial budgets
7. Coordinate and facilitate team communication
8. Have a thorough understanding of project objectives and goals, ensuring all parties have the resources needed
9. Other tasks assigned by the PD

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Professional Chinese and English skill is a must
3. Highly organised in both time and in resources
4. Excellent communication and time management skills
5. Have an analytical and critical mindset
6. Can multitask, work well under pressure
7. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Zoom, CRM etc.
