Responsibilities :

Investor Relations

• Maintaining relationships with investors, capital market analysts, fund managers, securities companies, regulators, and rating agencies.
• Managing databases regarding investors, the Company’s performance, peers, and analyst mailing lists.
• Communicate various aspects related to the Company’s shares and performance as well as financial reports to interested parties, such as analysts, investors and potential investors.
• Provide the Company’s financial data and information to investors and capital market community.
• Prepare materials and carry out road shows, analyst meetings, public exposes, press releases and conference calls.

Corporate Secretary

• As a liaison officer between the Company and Capital Market, Bank Indonesia and Other Stakeholders.
• Providing inputs to the BOD and the BOC of the Company to comply with the capital market regulations issued by OJK, IDX, and other Capital Market Regulators
• Ensuring all corporate actions of the Company have fulfilled existing regulations, particularly capital market regulations such as quarterly dividend distribution.
• Maintain regular communications with the capital market regulatory agencies, including OJK and IDX, on any and all matters pertaining to governance and corporate actions.
• Responsible for the Corporate Governance documentation.

Requirements :

·      At least held Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable university.

·      Having Experience of 5 years as Investor Relations / Capital Market / Equity Analyst.

·      Vast knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis, company law, capital market and regulations.

·      Familiar with OJK and IDX reporting and disclosure information, including preparing Annual Report

·      Proficient communication in English is a MUST.

·      Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills

·      Work Location: Head Office, West Jakarta.
