Lowongan Finance & Accounting Staff di PT Ged Lintas Indonesia

1. Journal entries for all transactions (daily, monthly records & adjustments).

2. Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions (daily and monthly records).

3. Prepare financial reports and cash flow, having knowledge in reporting to OJK is a plus.

4. Establish Accounting policies and procedures aligned with company's targets.

5. Bank reconciliation.

6. Attending to audit officer requirement.

7. AR & AP reconciliation, create AR invoices.

Requirements:

1. Maximum 30 years old.

2. Bachelor's degree in accounting.

3. At least 2 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position, but Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply as well.

4. Deep Understanding with Accounting and Tax tools, ERP, UBS, MYOB or other similar software

5. Attention to details and accuracy.

6. Good understanding of taxation, financial reports, financial journal, etc.

7. Able to maintain AR & AP.

8. Expert in Ms Excel is a must.

9. Able to do bookkeeping, invoicing and manage petty cash.

10.  Experience in Audit Firm is advantage.

11.  Preferably have Brevet A and B certification.

12.  Applicants must be willing to work in Tebet, South Jakarta.
