Head of Graphic Design Job Description

As the Head of Graphic Design, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication strategies. You will lead a team of skilled graphic designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Designing graphic content for Branding, Web Design & Social Media
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Generating and directing fresh/creative concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Developing strategic design plans with projected timelines
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and the design elements they want.
• Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the staff members to ensure they adhere to the timeline constraints.

 Requirements:

• Proven Minimal 2 years working experience as Senior Designer
• Working experience with design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, indesign)
• A keen eye for visual details 
• Ability to arrange the time estimation to ensure projects meet the deadlines
• Strong creativity skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Great time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to resolve complex design and communication issues.
