Lowongan Head of Legal Litigation & Permit (Group) di PT Akr Land Development

• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Protect and provide services to the company with best of litigations practices.
• Assure all the permit and licenses are valid, comply with regulation and manage in the most efficient way in order to gain positive value to the company.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority.) creating relations of trust and mutual relationship.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• To ensure all company license are up to date and handling renewal of the license; including land permit and related permit.
• Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal and permit matters.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor's degree majoring Law with minimum GPA 3.00, master's degree would be an advantage.
• Age 35-45 years old
• Minimum 10 years at Managerial level
• Has experiences in property industry is a must.
• High Integrity is A MUST
• Good Knowledge for OSS System
• Responsible for Corporate Contract Documents
• Strong Legal & Permit Experiences in Corporate Law, Land Acquisition and Land Permit.
• Experience in corporate legal, legal drafting, legal review, legal permit, and compliance
• Fluent in English
• Able to create good relation with government, notary, lawyer, and third party on mutual basis
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Able to Work with high pressure
