Job Description :

• HIghest position in leading operations - Region base
• Lead, Manage, Coordinate and Control operations in order to achieve target (sales, collection, project, permit, etc) under agreed budget.
• Managing cashflow (in and out) in the optimum way.
• Managing people to build conducive working environment.
• Design, implement and execute project plan, including; logistic, manpower, schedule, quality and work method.
• Team up with other profesionals like contractors, consultans and clients representatives in order to make sure that the work is completed within budget, agreed specification and on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with major in Civil Engineering
• Having at least 15 years experience in Operations and Project Management, handling sales also finance from property industry.
• Having good knowledge in Technically & Project Management
• Attention to detail, good leadership skill and interpersonal skill
• Strong Leadership and managerial skill.
