Lowongan Sales Representative di PT Virtue Diagnostics Indonesia

Sales representative will work under supervision of Sales Manager. The role is to achieve sales target set by the company using strategies developed by Marketing team. Sales representatives will work closely with marketing and technical support teams to achieve short and long term company goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve the targets set by the company
2. Build a sales plan
3. Selling the company's products to customers
4. Do product presentation and detailing to the customer
5. Maintain good relations with customers and potential customers
6. Ensuring the achievement of customer satisfaction targets
7. Be familiar with and optimize usage of company’s CRM 
8. Collaboration with the technical support team during product training, installation & maintenance equipment.
9. Collaboration with the marketing team in conducting market surveys, events & studies:

• Market survey: taking Market survey data to customers
• Events: providing information regarding events in their respective areas, assisting in obtaining permits and coordinating with regional profession organizations, assist in coordinating with speakers, assist the marketing team during the event.
• Study: Helps provide information on studies conducted by KOL in their respective areas.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree
2. Having sales training certificates will be consider as an advantage 
3. Minimum 1 year experience in the In Vitro Diagnostic(IVD) industry 
4. In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular market
5. Having experience in handling government project will be taken into consideration
6. Have good communication skills to communicate effectively with customers
7. Able to communicate in English
8. Placement : Surabaya 1 Sales Representative and Semarang 1 Sales Representative. Candidate from Surabaya dan Semarang are encouraged to apply for this position.
