JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Achieve primary targeted sales
• Implement sales & marketing program(s)
• Run sales SOP, including SFA
• Create Sales & Distribution Report
• Market Intelligent, report competitor activity
• Sales coaching and training
• Manage relationship with distributor & customer
• Maintain buffer stock & collection A/R distributor on time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Age 25 - 40 year old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, or preferably Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Lubricant Industry (B2B) as Sales/Marketing Executive/Supervisor or higher is required for this position.
• Fluent in English for communication is a Must.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Hokkien is an advantage.
• Skill(s): Marketing, Social Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Networking, Sales and Promotion, Business Development.
