SALES SUPERVISOR FOR CONSTRUCTION

Qualification :

• Maximum age 40 years old
• Minimum Education Vocational High School
• Have work experience in the field of contractor 3 years at least
• Able to speak english is preferred
• Able to operate Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Able to communicate and work well with customers and teams
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work with full responsibility
• Willing ti work with high initiative

JobDesc :

• Determine the selling price of the product and make a schedule of visits to customers, Search and make visits to new projects that are running, to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Coordinate delivery schedule or installation of coupler, machine with customer and Supervisor and Factory team.
• Create a work program for sales achievement.
• Create Marketing order data and Sales contracts that are informed to Management and other Departments.
• Monitoring the billing process to customers.
