About The Event Specialist : 

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join the Nuanu Events Team team in Bali, Indonesia. This position will play a crucial role in the management, planning, coordination, and execution of events focused on, but not limited to, culture, arts, music, education, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of qualifications that align with our venue's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate & create positive working relationships with the Nuanu Events Team, Venue Owners located within Nuanu, and external event producers to conceptualize, plan, and execute culturally-rich, artistic, celebratory, educational, and sustainable events.
• Manage all aspects of event production, including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Ensure events are planned and executed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality standards and client expectations.
• Utilize creative thinking to develop innovative event concepts that engage attendees and align with Nuanu’s values.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Bali & Indonesia’s culture, arts, music, and traditions to curate events that showcase the essence of Bali.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the international music & arts scene that showcase current trends for an international audience. 
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, artists, performers, sponsors, venue owners, & team members throughout the event planning process.
• Implement sustainable practices in event management, including waste reduction strategies, sustainable sourcing, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Utilize event management software, online ticketing platforms, and social media to promote events and enhance attendee experience.
• Handle unforeseen circumstances and resolve issues that may arise during events with flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Contribute positively to the overall team dynamic, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management, preferably with a focus on music, cultural, artistic, educational, or sustainable events.
• In-depth knowledge of Balinese & Indonesian culture, arts, music, and traditions.
• In-depth knowledge of the international music & arts scene especially as it pertains to the newest trends. 
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, budgets, and vendors simultaneously.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in event planning, bringing fresh ideas and unique perspectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English in both written and spoken communications. 
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management, ensuring cost-effective event planning.
• Familiarity with sustainable practices in event management, including eco-friendly solutions and waste reduction strategies.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using event management software, online ticketing platforms, and social media.
• Flexibility and adaptability in handling last-minute changes and unexpected situations during events.
• A team player who contributes positively to the overall team dynamic.
• Willing to based in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
