Lowongan HR Generalist Staff di PT Caraka Komunika Indonesia

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law/Management/Psychology with GPA > 3.0.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Good analytical skill, attention to details, and target oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have good in English will be highly preferred.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling administration of all employment contract and employee database.
• Managing end to end payroll process and reporting, time attendance, absence records, leave, overtime, health insurance, and statutory payment.
• Managing employee contract reviews, labour law consultation, and any issues that may come up as well as support during company events.
• Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
• Have a good understanding of BPJS employee.
• Organizing a filing system for important employee documents.
• Preparing and distributing relevant HR letters/documents as per requirement.
