Job Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Prever with Brevet A,B and C
• Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
• Have a basic Knowledge of Tax.
• Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets.
• Must have very good verbal skills.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines are needed

Job Descriptions:

• Checking the completeness of billing data from vendor Batam.
• Make a list of payment and send it to AP-HO along with invoices that are correct and complete to request payment every week.
• Preparing data for tax report (income tax article 23/26, article 4(2) and VAT.
• Preparing CPA (Cash Payment Application), AA (Advance Application), CRA (Cash Receipt Application) for Batam Expense.
• Sending Billing Income to PLN together with KSO member.
• Additional Task : Handle for Branch Office Batam's Administration.
