Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree any major especially in Engineering from reputable university.
• Preferably staff in related field with minimum 2 years experience in CI
• Maximum age of 30
• Have knowledge of Kaizen Method/LEAN Manufacture/TPM implemented and basic 5S
• Good analytical thinking, able to work both individually, teamwork, self driven and results oriented
• Having good experience in CI and automotive manufacture
• Capable act as a trainer, both of technical trainer and non-technical trainer
• Able to communicate with English

Job Description:

• Executing improvement activities including continuous improvement knowledge, skill, and culture development
• Planing continuous improvement project's activities and its benefit impact
• Managing and organizing continuous improvement and TPM activities
• Monitoring and educating Continuous Improvement Activity employees
• Lead team of both internal and external resources to modify production processes and other processes to meet throughput and lean initiative
