With Requirements As Follows :

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree majoring Law
• Having at least 3 years experience with similar position
• Strong knowledge in legal issue (making concept and review)
• Experience in handling agreements (MSA, SLA, IUT, LOI, etc)
• Able to review and make agreement in English
• Understand About PPh21, BPJS, admin, etc.
• Understand purchasing materials and/or equipment on a profit basis within the framework of policies, objectives and budgets established by the company.
• Understand for procurement, utilization and disposal of company assets in a cost-effective manner in compliance with policy & procedures.
• Understand for any foreigner document
• Support the company's operational activities through the procurement of goods and services needed.
• Planning the budget for the procurement of goods or services and their maintenance costs.
• Build good relationships with suppliers of goods or services.
• Create, develop, and implement a work system or procedure for the procurement and maintenance of existing facilities.
• Prepare periodic reports for the purposes of budget meetings, financial reports on assets and office expenses.
