STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

Job Desc :

1. Identifying new potential business opportunities and generating the most effective way to collaborate with new business partner.

2. Building, developing, and sustaining solid relationships with existing and potential business partner and stakeholder.

3. Conduct, analyze, and present market research trends in the market/industry to ensure the competitiveness of OrderOnline.

4. Managing and creating value in partnership among business unit within ecosystem.

5. Maintaining good relationship with existing partners by offering new ways to grow each other business.

6. Bring insight and perspective to increase product value, feature, improvement, etc.

7. Create and execute innovative strategy by collaborating with other function.

8. Ensure a good negotiation by sharing relevant data, information and presentations with potential partners.

9. Ensure all business cooperation with new business partner well-documented in a manner way.

10. Experience in manage & develop teams.

Job Requirement :

1. Min bachelor's degree form any major.

2. Having minimum 3 - 5 years as business development manager.

3. Proven leadership skills, team leader and team player.

4. Have a strong track record of following through on tasks and closing deals.

5. Strong ability to adapt, and can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.

6. Excellent communicator and can work well with cross-functional teams.

7. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders.

8. Having Ability to write and speak English.

9. Accountable, Self-drive, good analitycal skill.

10. Has experience at Logistic Industry
