Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Samyang Foods Indonesia

Responsibilities :

1. Handle Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT)
2. Handle sales online channel
3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
4. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
5. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
7. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
8. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree/Magister's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
2. Have +10 years of experience in sales field
3. Have connection with distributors
4. Have thorough knowledge of sales strategies and best practices
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
6. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
7. Have F&B or FMCG industry background is preferred
