Job Descriptions

• Manage daily sales figures with precise accuracy
• Manage all required documentation are transferred to the internal filling and reporting systems 
• Liaises with Entry, online store manager and Exit team for sales insight
• Tracking and communicating any sales matters both internally and externally
• Use and analyze data from multiple large-scale data and present it statistically with a strong analysis
• Drive new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency  
• Automate manual operational processes and present back on time savings gained through modernization of business operations

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology or similar field
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related degree program. Masters degree preferred
• Advanced domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Excel and Tableau
• Analytical mindset, with proven track record in using data to measure performance and make decisions
• Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data
